Crumb & Glaze is a Jamaican-inspired fusion baking business based in Walsall, West Midlands — where familiar bakery favourites meet the flavours and food culture of Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.

What we bake

Sweet, savoury, and completely our own.

We create sweet and savoury bakes that combine familiar bakery favourites with the flavours, ingredients and food culture of Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.

Our range includes everything from baked cheesecakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls and gourmet doughnuts to our signature PHatties, Patti Pi and Kingston Rolls.

The aim of Crumb & Glaze is to create food that feels exciting, nostalgic and familiar all at once — some products inspired by traditional Jamaican favourites, others taking flavours people already know and introducing them in a completely unexpected way.

What makes us different

Built around fusion baking.

Rather than simply recreating traditional Jamaican dishes, we take inspiration from them and reimagine their flavours through modern British and American-style bakery products.

Jamaican bun and cheese → a New York-style cookie or cinnamon roll
Grater cake → a baked cheesecake
Rum and raisin → woven through different desserts
Jamaican patty dough → taken well beyond the traditional patty

Our products give people a new way to experience Jamaican flavours while still celebrating the foods and culture that inspired them. We're not afraid to experiment — new flavours, limited editions and unexpected combinations are part of what makes the menu exciting.

Our brand story

Started with a love of baking — and home.

Crumb & Glaze grew from a love of baking, creativity and Jamaican food culture.

What began with creating familiar bakes quickly became something much more personal — a way to make products that reflected the flavours I grew up around, while still allowing me to be creative and put my own spin on them.

Someone might not choose a traditional Jamaican sweet they haven't tried before, but they might happily try those same flavours in a cheesecake, cookie, cinnamon roll or doughnut. That became the idea behind Crumb & Glaze: Jamaican flavours, reimagined through fusion baking.

The goal isn't to replace the originals. It's to celebrate them, spark curiosity, and encourage customers to discover and appreciate the traditional foods that inspired our creations. We keep growing through experimentation, customer feedback, and a genuine love of making food that gets people talking.
