Absolutely — custom design is at the heart of what we do. Share reference images, colors, or a theme through our online form, and our design team will send a digital sketch and flavor pairing for your approval before baking begins.

A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your order and date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before delivery. We accept all major cards and digital wallets through our secure checkout.

Orders can be rescheduled free of charge up to 10 days before your date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery are unable to be refunded, as ingredients are already sourced and work has begun.

Keep your cake refrigerated until 45–60 minutes before serving, so it can soften to room temperature. Buttercream and fondant finishes hold beautifully for up to 3 days when stored covered, away from direct sunlight.

Yes — tasting boxes of four flavors can be ordered through our site and shipped or collected in advance. Tasting fees are credited toward your final invoice.

Our cakes range from an intimate 6-inch round, serving 8–10 guests, up to tiered designs serving 100 or more. A serving guide is available at checkout, and our team is happy to help you choose the right size for your guest count.
